On Tuesday, September 11, 2018 – We welcome all current members, new or potential members, and guests to the first meeting of our second year. The meeting starts at 7:00 pm and is held in the Medallion Room of the Brandon Refit Store, 23 – 12th Street. (That’s just north of Rosser Avenue & 12th Street, Brandon, Mb.)
Even though we took a break from meeting during July and August, our members have been busy supporting one another via our Facebook page. After all, addictions don’t take the summer off! We do, however, need to take time to “refresh” ourselves, and practice self-care as we deal with the difficult task of caring for and loving someone with substance abuse issues.
We look forward to sharing with all what’s been happening, and what we still need to do. (Help with securing funding is welcome, as we need funds to keep our organization going.)
